What do you need from me?
Your website and an email address to confirm. The service or offer to promote helps, but if you leave it out we choose from your website.
Do I need to read or approve drafts?
No. Each piece goes live once it passes our automated QA gate. If anything misses your brief, tell us and we correct it at no charge.
Do you need access to my website?
No. The free page and article go live on addresses we set up and host. Paid pages can go on your own subdomain instead, connected with one DNS record that you or your web person add.
Is it written by AI?
Production is AI-assisted, then every piece goes through our automated QA gate before it goes live. If anything misses your brief, we correct it at no charge.
What happens after the free start?
Nothing, unless you order. Packs are one-time purchases and nothing renews automatically.
What if something misses the brief?

Can I get a refund?
If you cancel before we start work, we refund the full amount. After work has started, we refund what you paid for any part not yet delivered.
