Where does the work go live?
Articles go on a blog in our network matched to the topic, with a link to your client's site, or on a dedicated blog we set up for your client. Pages go on a web address we set up, or on a subdomain of your client's own domain. Every live link is in the report.
Is it written by AI?
Production is AI-assisted, then every piece goes through our automated QA gate before it goes live. If anything misses the brief, we correct it at no charge.
What if something misses the brief?
Tell us and we correct it at no charge: wrong facts, wrong tone, wrong emphasis or any mistake on our side. A new offer, audience or topic is new work, and we say which it is before doing anything.
Can I get a refund?
If you cancel before we start work, we refund the full amount. After work has started, we refund what you paid for any part not yet delivered.
