Does it cost anything to join?
No. There is no fee and no minimum number of orders. We create your code when you say yes to the terms.
What counts as a paid order?
An order one of your clients places with your code and pays for. Free starts and free samples are not paid orders.
How do I get my free page or article?
We check the orders placed with your code and set each free piece up by hand: we email you for the topic or the offer, then produce and publish it like a paid order. There is no partner dashboard yet.
Do my clients deal with you directly?
Yes. With a partner code your client orders on our site, and the work and its report come from us. If you would rather keep the client relationship yourself, buy the packs, resell at your own price and put your brand on the report instead.
Can I have a revenue share instead?
It is agreed agency by agency, in writing, in place of the free pieces. Say so in your request and we will talk it through.
Do you promise my clients results?
No. We sell the work, not the outcome: researched, QA-checked and published pages and articles.
What if something misses the brief?
Tell us and we correct it at no charge: wrong facts, wrong tone, wrong emphasis or any mistake on our side. A new offer, audience or topic is new work, and we say which it is before doing anything.
Can I get a refund?
If you cancel before we start work, we refund the full amount. After work has started, we refund what you paid for any part not yet delivered.
