Terms of Service
WannaSEO · last updated August 2026
1. What these terms cover
These terms apply when you order content services from WannaSEO (“we”, “us”). By submitting an order request you agree to them. If you are ordering on behalf of a business, you confirm you are allowed to do so. If anything here is unclear, email hello@wannaseo.com and ask before you order — we would rather explain it than argue about it later.
2. What we do
We produce and publish marketing content to order: sales pages, blog articles, and dedicated blogs. That covers research, writing, design where relevant, quality checking, publishing, and a delivery report. We are a content service, not an SEO consultancy, an advertising agency or a legal, financial or medical adviser. Anything we write about your business comes from what you tell us and from our own research — you remain responsible for the accuracy of the facts you give us.
3. Placing an order is a request, not a purchase
Submitting the order form does not create a contract and does not charge you anything. It is a request. We review it and reply with what we would produce, what it costs and when you can expect it. Work begins only once you have confirmed that scope in writing. If we cannot take an order on — because it falls outside what we do, or under our acceptable use rules below — we will tell you and that is the end of it.
4. Payment
Payment is arranged after the scope is confirmed, using whatever method we agree with you. No card details are collected on this website. Prices are quoted in US dollars and are one-time per item, except a dedicated blog, which covers a twelve-month period. We do not store payment instruments and we do not set up automatic recurring charges.
5. Production, quality checks and delivery
We produce the work to the agreed brief and run it through automated quality checks before publishing. Those checks cover working links and images, readable contrast, valid structured data, correct branding and sourcing of factual claims. Work that does not pass is corrected before it goes out. On delivery you receive a web delivery report listing every published URL, the same report as a PDF, and a plain list of the links. Report links are issued without an expiry date and remain accessible.
6. Revisions and corrections
If the delivered work does not match the brief you confirmed — wrong facts, wrong tone, wrong emphasis, a mistake on our side — tell us and we will correct it at no charge. Please raise it within a reasonable time of delivery so we can put it right while it is fresh. Work that is materially different from the confirmed brief (a new offer, a new audience, a new topic, a rewrite of a piece you approved) is new work and is quoted separately. We will always tell you which of the two we think it is before doing anything.
7. Publishing and hosting
You choose where each order is published: your own domain, a subdomain we provide, or our blog network. For your own domain you add one DNS record we give you; we handle hosting, security certificates and updates from there. Content published on a subdomain we provide, or on our network, is hosted on our infrastructure and stays under our operational control. We may move, re-address or maintain network sites as needed, and we will keep your published links working or supply replacements where that is not possible. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and brief maintenance interruptions can occur.
8. Dedicated blogs and renewals
A dedicated blog covers twelve months from setup, including hosting, security, backups, monitoring and the launch articles stated at the time of order. To continue past that period a renewal is required at the then-current price. Nothing is ever charged automatically: we contact you before the renewal date and you decide. If you do not renew, we will contact you before anything changes — nothing is removed on the date without notice. On request we will provide an export of your published content so you can take it elsewhere.
9. Who owns the content
Once an order is paid for, the copy, designs and images we produce for you are yours. You own them outright and may use, edit, adapt, move or republish them without limit and without further payment to us. Where content is published on our network, we retain the right to keep hosting that published copy so the links you were given continue to work. We keep ownership of our own underlying tools, templates and systems, which are not part of what you buy. You are responsible for anything you supply to us — logos, images, text, claims — and you confirm you have the right to use it.
10. Acceptable use
We will not produce or publish content for adult or sexual services, gambling or betting of any kind, counterfeit or replica goods, hacked or pirated material, illegal drugs or weapons, malware, phishing, financial scams, deceptive health or income claims, or anything unlawful or aimed at deceiving people. We also decline hate speech, harassment and content targeting private individuals. We may refuse or stop an order that falls into these categories at any point, including after production has started. If we stop work for this reason we will refund anything paid for work not yet delivered, and we will tell you why.
11. What we do not promise, and our liability
We do not and cannot guarantee search rankings, traffic, indexing, leads, sales or any other commercial outcome. Search engines make their own decisions and no supplier controls them. What we commit to is the work described in your confirmed scope, produced to a professional standard and published as agreed. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit, lost business or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Changes to these terms, and how to reach us
We may update these terms as the service changes. The version published on this site at the time you confirm an order is the version that applies to that order, and changes are never applied retroactively to work already agreed. Questions, complaints, or anything you want clarified: email hello@wannaseo.com and a person will answer.
